SEE MOREI think clothes should be unique, individual and that bold prints and patterns aren’t just fit for festival season! Be the one that stands out in the crowd, and let that crowd be anywhere you are.
I source the fabric and manufacture to a printing house in North London and know the garments are all fairly and ethically made by skilled technicians.
I reach my designs through a varied series of processes, each unique to their own specific steps. Research and Experimentation play a large part in the process and change with every concept and idea.
All projects are made using a mix of materials, ranging from ceramics, textiles, and a host of others.
At a personal level as a designer my own relationship to sustainable textiles is growing more and more with every project I undertake and I think that every designer, in every area, should be held accountable for the waste and resources they use within their practice. Awareness of this issue isn’t something designers can avoid and we shouldn’t want to.
ME?
I’m a textiles design graduate living in London. After studying at Chelsea College of art i’ve moved into the Textiles industry, working with print, design, digital marketing.
I’ve not abandoned my love of festivals though, managing and working with brands and clients, doing photography and videography. And obviously playing in between!
